PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY

CONFORMAL COATING SERVICES
Micro Analog has created a dedicated service offering to further enhance our customer focused manufacturing capabilities.
Micro Analog’s Conformal coating services are based on the utilization of state-of-the-art technology and equipment to optimize the process to be highly accurate and efficient.
We apply conformal coating using two new Delta 8 PVA machines that are seamlessly aligned with a conveyor equipped convection drying oven (AE-F600C) to provide high quality and quick turnaround for all conformal coating services.
Micro Analog utilizes specialized equipment and systems that produce customized “keep out area/masking” aides that facilitate the reduction of hand placed masking application which is inconsistent and labor intensive.
Micro Analog provides conformal coating services utilizing a variety of materials including but not limited to:
- Acrylic
- Silicone
- Polyurethane
- Epoxy
Micro Analog’s engineering and quality teams will work with you to provide the optimal solution for your conformal coating requirements. All product is 100% inspected prior to and UV inspected after coating using the latest LED UV technology to ensure proper cleanliness and coating coverage per specification.
